Our Editorial Independence Policy
Commission rates never influence our rankings. A brand paying 15% commission does not receive a better ranking than one paying 5%. Our #1 recommendation in every guide is determined by product quality, third-party testing data, ingredient transparency, and our own testing — in that order.
We have declined affiliate relationships with brands whose products did not meet our standards. We have removed affiliate links from existing guides when brands changed their formulations in ways we could not endorse. We will continue to do so.
No brand pays for placement, sponsored mentions, or “best of” inclusion on MyceliumNest. Every review is based on products we have purchased or received as free samples for testing — and we always disclose when a product was provided as a sample.
